Last night I was at a church dinner, and someone asked me, "How did you do it?"
(regarding my weight loss)
The truth is, although exercise and weight training have been a big part of my life for the 6 months now, reality is that YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT! Even if a person were to simply eat like me, and never go to the gym, they WOULD LOSE WEIGHT!!! Am I perfect, absolutely NOT!!!! But my new, smaller clothes are all the proof that I need to know that these changes are worth making.

As you can see, it's protein and LOTS of veggies.
Nothing processed, no sugary starches. Just the good stuff!
