Scales or Progress Photos???

I am like any other woman, I love seeing the number on the scales go down! But sometimes, the scales are not the most accurate way to chart your progress. Especially if you are losing fat but gaining muscle!!! That is why it is SO important to take progress pictures!!! Even if no one sees them but you, it will help you so much to see how far you've come and keep you going!!!

With that said, here's my week 20 update, I hope it encourages some of you too! We can do this!!
